Starters
Small plates to start with, or to share over a glass of wine on the square. Most of what follows is Dalmatian: prosciutto aged two years, cheeses from the hinterland and the islands, black risotto arancini. With a drink there are anchovies and olives.
Bruschetta (Vegetarian)
Mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and fresh herbs on toasted bread.
Arancini with Black Risotto
Crisp fried balls of traditional Adriatic cuttlefish risotto, served on tomato sauce. A modern take on a Split classic.
Dalmatian Prosciutto & Burrata
Premium local prosciutto aged two years, 100 g, with fresh creamy burrata. A true taste of Dalmatia.
Dalmatian Cheese Selection (Vegetarian)
A platter of the finest local cheeses, from the Dalmatian hinterland and the islands.
Beefsteak Carpaccio
Thinly sliced beef fillet with rocket, cherry tomatoes and Grana Padano shavings.
Dalmatian Prosciutto
Dalmatian prosciutto aged two years, thinly sliced.
Anchovies
Adriatic anchovies, in olive oil.
Olives (Vegetarian)
Olives, to go with a drink.
Prices are in euros; VAT and service are included. The kitchen serves until 23:30; we are open until midnight. We accept all major cards. Payment in euros. Hot drinks are served until 20:00. We do not serve alcohol to anyone under 18. Please ask our staff about allergens.
